A few things to know before your visit
booking
Appointments are recommended and may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to complete check-in.
New clients may be asked to complete a consultation form before their service.
cancellation & rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a fee or may result in the loss of a membership service.
No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee or may require a deposit for future appointments.
late arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid affecting other clients.
The full service price may still apply.
health & safety
Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or recent procedures before your service.
We reserve the right to adjust or decline a service if it is not safe or appropriate.
payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout.
Gratuities are appreciated but never required.
memberships
Memberships are billed monthly using the card on file.
Membership services must be used during the monthly billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Memberships may be canceled with 30 days' notice.
We ask all guests to respect our relaxing environment.
Disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.
Spa services are non-refundable once completed.
Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to health and safety standards, all opened skincare and spa products are final sale.
